We offer 24-hour scheduled or call out services and we provide a host of solutions including retrofit applications, field troubleshooting, repair and installation on job sites. Our experienced machinists are experts in CNC and manual machining and can also provide shop support when needed.

SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS

We do offer 24-hour scheduled or call out services. Our field service department may accommodate most service needs with pre-scheduled onsite visits for planned maintenance and/or turnarounds. Weekend/holiday and on demand services are also available.

OUR PRODUCTS

We offer electric quarter-turn, multi-turn actuators, as well as pneumatic quarter turn and multi-turn actuators.

ACTUATORS

We can provide pneumatic actuator control instruments and electronic actuator control instruments.

INSTRUMENTATION

We can machine worm and bevel gear operators as well as custom designed valve adaptation hardware.

MANUAL OPERATIONS

Our experienced field and shop team can provide complete integrated support of retrofit applications including the engineering, sizing, mounting adaptation design and fabrication, installation, and start-up of actuators on existing valves.

RETROFIT APPLICATIONS

All custom design, fabrication, retrofitting, and repair is performed using state-of the art CNC machines in conjunction with precision manual machine groups.

CNC & MANUAL MACHINE GROUP

On-site inspection, troubleshooting and repair of valve assemblies is available. If needed, we can assist in the sizing, customization, and installation of new valve package assemblies.

FIELD TROUBLESHOOTING

Our experienced in-house machinists/technicians can perform tear down and inspections (TD&I) for most actuation products and can assist in any repair and maintenance needed.
